Cooking WorkshopThe Cooking Adventure cooking workshop is organized under the expert guidance of Hedy Rolberg. Participants will prepare various special dishes according to the "Slow Cooking" method in small groups. If the weather permits, this can be done outdoors, otherwise the Tipi tents create a special atmosphere. After a brief introduction, you will prepare the dishes together while enjoying a drink in the covered outdoor kitchens. Equipped with recipe and ingredients, you will chop, slice, mix and knead. Then the pots can be put on the fire and the food can start simmering. These traditional Dutch ovens create atmosphere and warmth, so even if it's chilly outside, you'll still be fine by this fire. The Cooking Adventure takes a total of 4 hours, after which you will leave with a full belly. Keep in mind when booking that the first dishes will be on the table after about 1.5 hours.


Is the weather outside too bad to cook?

Then there are two indoor options; the Finnish Kota and the Tipi tents. With both options there is also the possibility to cook inside, which maintains the character of the workshop.
